How do I check my order status? When will my order arrive?
Your original order confirmation email has a link to your order status page. If you are not able to find your confirmation page,
click here and email us your order number and zip code to find out the status of your order.
If you live in the US:
- your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail and generally arrive in 3-10 days.
- With Priority Mail it takes 1-4 days to arrive.
For international orders:
- First Class can take 3-5 weeks depending upon the process through customs.
- Priority services can be within days to a couple of weeks
- Depending upon the country
How can I change or cancel my order?
My business is tax-exempt. How do I have this applied to my order?
Before this can apply to your order, we need to have the tax-exempt information in your account. Please contact us with your state's tax-exempt certificate, via email customerservice@stylussling.com
Can I order if I live in outside the USA?
Yes, we do ship internationally. In addition to the shipping costs, there may be a custom and duty fee when the package is delivered.
How do I create a return?
Returns can be initiated for orders purchased from our site (www.stylussling.com) only.

How We Ship
- Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Saturday, excluding some holidays.
- All orders received before noon (US Central Time) should ship the same business day.
- If you order an out-of-stock item, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
- If you have a special shipping need, email us and we'll try to take care of it for you.
- The shipping rate you select applies to your complete order and not to each item ordered.

- About $4 for First Class Mail (Domestic United States) Approximately 3-5 Days.
- About $7.95 -- US Priority Mail Approximately 2-4 Days (available for HI, AK & APO)

International info

- International USPS First Class option range in price from $9.95 - $23.95.
- USPS Priority, DHL, FedEx, UPS available at additional charge: Delivery 2-10 business days depending upon service selected.
- USPS delivers package to your local postal service for final delivery.
- Customer will be responsible for any import duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) upon receipt
- Transit time is generally 3-5 weeks (USPS First Class). Faster for upgraded service.
