Product Return/Exchange Policy
WHAT IS COVERED?
Stylus Sling Products warrants that this product (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the original purchase date (“Limited Return/Exchange Period”).
Production Seconds and Closeout Items are not covered - these items have a strict 14-day return policy and no exchanges.
Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited return/exchange and must provide order number or validating email/contact info.
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.
- All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.
- Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
Refunds for purchases made through www.stylussling.com only*
Refunds are covered for purchases made through www.stylussling.com only* for thirty (30) days from the original invoice date. We will refund your original purchase price (less shipping costs or $4.00 if Free Shipping was given at time of order) for the initial thirty (30) day period. The product must be in brand new condition and with the original packaging. If the product is returned not in this condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. After the thirty (30) day refund period expires, exchanges are offered for ninety (90) days for the same product. Exchanges can be made any time within the one hundred and twenty (120) day period for the same product. Shipping is not provided for exchanges if free shipping was selected for original order.
For international returns outside of the contiguous USA, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. We unfortunately can not take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. Free returns and exchanges are only offered within the US. If you are an international customer, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Stylus Sling. We do not cover international return postage and the buyer is responsible for all associated costs. For any delivery issues or claims, we must submit a claim with the shipping provider or insurer before any refund/exchange.
*If purchased through an online marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc), please use their return process.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
- Normal wear and tear of the Product beyond the one hundred and twenty (120) day period.
- Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, lack of care, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, lightning, or other acts of nature.
- Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
- Any product that is not manufactured by Stylus Sling, including, without limitation, any non-Stylus Sling product that is used in connection with the Product.
- Production Seconds or Closeout items
LIMITATION of LIABILITY
Stylus Sling, or its suppliers, in no event shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation:
- property damage
- loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product
- loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Stylus Sling has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Stylus Sling has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are in the products, including, without limitation, laptops, cell phones, MP3 players, DVD players or handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise), the entire liability of Stylus Sling and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount of the actual purchase price for the product. Some countries, districts or states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country or state to state.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.stylussling.com (the “Site”).
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers or PayPal), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
We also use third party applications to help with the functionality of the site and business documentation. These applications will use customer data for fulfilling orders and shipments. Other application help with sales data and bookkeeping for legal and professional requirements. A list of these are available upon request.

If you are a European resident, you have the right (under the GDPR) to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
